Granny Smith Apple Elixir

Ingredients

5 carrots
7 ribs celery
5 leaves chard
2 small granny smith apples
2 small zucchini

Juice all ingredients in a juicer or blend in a blender with a little water and strain through a sprout bag*. Makes 3 cups (24 ounces).
