A Woman Who Knows Her
Worth
A woman who knows her worth
knows it is not defined
by what anyone thinks of her or tells her
Not by money, material possessions, external beauty, and
least not
by the size of her waist
It runs much much deeper than that
Her worth is in inherent
in every breath that she takes
Every cell in her body
a diamond
ringing , singing, vibrating in a glorious mantra
I AM WORTHY
A woman who knows her worth
knows she is enough
simply because
she was born
A seed planted of divine light
whose only job
IS TO BLOOM
A woman who know her worth
knows that her beauty
her enthusiasm for life
is glowing from the inside
and that people will flock from miles around
to watch her passion burn
Inflaming the world
WITH HER PRESENCE
A woman who knows her worth
never harms herself or puts herself in harms way
She never lets anyone make her feel less
than she is
All the lies that were told to her
and that she told herself about herself
are a thing of the past
She only sees herself through God's eyes now
She finally sees the light about who she truly is
MAGNIFICENT BEYOND WONDER
A woman who knows her
worth
cultivates that great love in herself
for herself
everyday
She has learned to put herself first
She nurtures herself
by the things she does
the things she says
the way she feels
and how she looks
at herself
in the mirror
She has learned
how not to give it
ALL AWAY
A woman who knows her worth
sources her strength
from that
deep
inner
well
of conviction
She has the will to fight for what she believes in
And this time
what she believes in
happens to be
HERSELF
A woman who knows her worth
knows she deserves
all the love
and all the good things that this world has to offer
She asks for them
She owns them
She receives them with open arms
because she knows
in the very deep core of her being
she
IS WORTH IT

I've been watching a lot of Oprah
lately during a show I had a light bulb moment. Oprah and the counselor Robin
basically summed up all a woman's problems whether it be over
eating, under eating, drinking, drugs, gossiping, rageoholics,
criticizing other people . . .(etc.) To self hatred and the
feeling of not being worthy. They said that this wound starts in
childhood and we spend our lives proving to ourselves that we are
not worthy. In other words we spend our lives proving ourselves
right. The trauma/drama in our lives gives us a clearer picture of
how big the wound is. We need the clearer picture so that we may
heal ourselves. Our lives and our relationships show us where we
are wounded. Another thing she said that was a light bulb moment
for me was when she said that when people leave us in our lives we
need we to be grown up enough to realize there is nothing wrong
with us and maybe there is something wrong with them! Robin said that we need to create new scripts in our lives.
As part of creating a new belief system and a new script in my
head about what I tell myself, I wrote this poem called A Woman
Who Knows Her Worth. I honestly think it is the best poem I've
ever written because of it's meaning to me. If you like the poem
please feel free to share it with as many women as you know as
long as you give me credit.
So what's in store for me? My number one goal right
now is to go to Brazil and visit John of God to continue to heal
physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I also want to finish my
teaching credential by doing whatever it takes. Eventually I will
I will start selling things on this site and perhaps come out with
my own natural make-up line. I've been really busy this month so
hopefully I'll be able to catch you up later.
Thank you so much for reading this. I'm grateful
and touched that you would come to my site. Please know that you
are worthy and you deserve all the best!
Lots of Love,
C
Hey, it's been awhile! Hope
you've been well. Everyone that I know has had a month full of a
lot of changes and transitions. I'm no exception. On the raw foods
side of things I'm really excited about the
raw food's workshop I'll be having next week. It will be my
chance to really show people what I know about preparing raw
food's. It will give them the basics to be able to create raw food
dishes on their own. I believe that everyone has an inner raw food
chef and it is just a matter of teaching them the tools to bring
it out. My next workshop I plan on doing on just raw desserts!
I've been making a lot of them lately for people's birthdays and
get together. The funny thing is that I don't end up eating them
but I really enjoy making them and it makes me happy to make other
people happy!

This pie shouts spring is here!

Looks like chocolate but it's really carob! |
Here is a picture of a tangelo
apple pie I made and then I decorated it with edible flowers from
my garden. The other picture is of me starting to make a carob
crème pie but my camera ran out of space so I didn't get to show
you the finished product:( you get the ideal though. It's a wonder
to me why people would eat junk food pies and cakes when raw
desserts are so much better and so much better for you! My dad who
is not raw nor vegan actually says he prefers raw desserts to
traditional cooked desserts! If you have a friend that you want to
introduce to raw foods try taking them out to a raw restaurant
where they serve raw pies, I think your friend will be delighted.
Well that's my plan anyway, I'll tell you how it goes.
See you next time,
C
