Hey Everyone- The Green Smoothie Challenge

Anyway, eating green smoothies really makes me feel good without
too much time to prepare and clean up afterwards. Simple

We were so lucky to
have Victoria Boutenko speak to our local potluck group in
Petaluma! Some of the participants asked me to start a green
smoothie challenge and I decided to make it available to anyone
who wanted to participate via the internet.
A green smoothie is simply a smoothie with about 60% fresh ripe
organic fruit (sweet or non sweet fruit) and 40% fresh organic leafy
greens blended in a blender with water. From this smoothie, the body can absorb the essential nutrients
in the leafy green vegetables much more efficiently.

To join the green smoothie challenge all you need to
commit to is:
Adding
at least one 10-16 ounce green smoothie to your diet
everyday for at least 30 days.*
If
you desire you can add more than one smoothie and add some
exercise to your routine at least three times a week.*
You
can join at anytime and the challenge will be going on until
Nov. 1st 2008

As the facilitator of the green smoothie challenge I have
committed to drink 2 or more green smoothies a day and exercise at
least three times a week until Nov. 1st. I will be doing the
