Cecilia's Review of The Excalibur Dehydrator

 

I use the Excalibur Dehydrator as my personal dehydrator and have been very impressed by the quality of the dehydrator and the quality of the food produced. Unlike other dehydrators I have used before, the Excalibur thoroughly dries food all the way through. Other dehydrator brands will sometimes only dry the outside, while leaving the inside undesirably wet. The Excalibur dehydrator consistently dries food uniformly for delicious and healthy results!

 

If you have a family or are really serious about dehydrating then I definately recommend the 9 tray, if you are just getting your feet wet and not sure, go for the 4 tray. All the dehydrators come with mesh screens so if you are interested making fruit leather or raw flax crackers you will need the dehydrator sheets.
