My
name is Cecilia Benjumea B.A. C.M.T. and I've been on a healing
journey since I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue syndrome about 9
years ago. This journey led me to the raw
foods lifestyle which I've been living for 6
years in Northern California. The joy of preparing
and teaching people about raw food has lead me to be a presenter at Rawstock (www.rawstock.us),
help organize a Raw Food Retreat in Hawaii (www.hawaii-live.com),
Co-host and speak at the monthly raw food's potluck in my area (www.beraw.com),do recipe and photo spreads in Living Nutrition
Magazine (www.livingnutrition.com),
teach raw food classes in Sonoma county, and organize a raw food
potluck in Petaluma (http://www.rawglow.com/potluck.htm).

My passion is to prepare simple and
healthful meals and show others how they can do the same. I do
not prescribe to any one raw food philosophy but am unique in the
sense that the raw food I prepare is simple, easy to prepare and
digest, yet tastes and looks amazing. I believe that raw food dishes
need to be quick and easy to prepare in order for long term success
and enjoyment of the diet. By using fresh, organic, and whole
ingredients; simple, healthy, and delicious recipes can be made with
few ingredients and with the minimal use of oil, salt, miso,
garlic, onions, heavy use of spices, agave syrup, maple syrup, vinegar, nama shoyu, tamari, and braggs liquid aminos. I have found that I
and others feel better if we keep their use to a
minimum. To learn more about the raw food services I offer please go
