Shipping Paypal

What is your shipping policy?

Under normal circumstances we ship 1-3 business days after the order is received. Business days are M-F. We ship out of California and use the United States Postal Service.
Depending on where you live, delivery should take 3-5 business days and longer during the Holiday season. The only exception to this is the Spiralo which is shipped Fed Ex ground and will take 5-7 days for delivery. All international orders are shipped first class mail international and take approximately 10 days or more for delivery.

After we have shipped your order we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam mailbox or contact us.

*We ship free to the 50 United States, and Puerto Rico using the United States Postal Service. We also ship free to Canada, although some items are excluded. To see which items we offer internationally to Europe, and Australia please visit our international page.

What is paypal?

Paypal is a secure way to accept credit card payments PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large and has with 100 million account members worldwide. It is available in 55 countries and regions around the world.

Is paypal safe?

PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. They restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. They maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. They test their security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit their security systems and processes. My payment did not go through with paypal, what happenend?

If a payment does goes through with paypal you will receive an e-mail confirmation and transaction number. If it did not go through, it could be that you did not complete the transaction or your connection with paypal timed out before payment was complete. Another possibility is that you are not a verified paypal member. A verified member is one who has the same shipping address as their mailing address. Raw Glow only accepts only verified paypal members. If you continue to have trouble with paypal another option would be to pay by check.
